Revel Apollo

Apollo is a rosé Zweigelt we could drink all day. 

Wild fermented and aged on fine lees for 8 months. Apollo is uncomplicated and approachable; the definition of chill picnic rosé.

What's it like? Violets meet Swedish berries in the aroma. Malic acidity lends a crispness, while subtle honeyed notes add width. The fruit here is punchy raspberry mineral water meets plump + juicy honeydew, with a dash of ripe, dark plum flesh. It drinks like our favourite easy, French rosés.
