Nose: Very aromatic with ripe pear, melon, chamomile & funky vegetal notes

Palate: Complex, mineral and saline, with notes of chamomile tea

Notes: This is a really cool wine, and was a limited release, so get it while you can.

Drink on it's own as a treat, or pair with seafood, something spicy, or some soft cheese
