The Japanese style of incense does not use a bamboo core so the slender sticks produce far less smoke. Each box comes with 60 sticks (10cm long) which burn for 20-25 minutes. The concrete incense holder (6cm across) comes wrapped in tissue and the incense box is in a sealed cellophane bag. The set comes in a pillow box.
